About you: Good standard of education up to Level 3 Experience of working with 16-19 year olds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Good ICT skills Ability to work well as part of a Team. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
