Here at Chessington World of Adventures, we are preparing for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a High Ropes Team Leader to join the team! As a High Ropes Team Leader you will assist in the successful running of the High Ropes site. This includes the care of the equipment, managing facilities, health and safety, team performance, customer care, and any related administration required. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation as the days duty manager Train and coach instructors, conducting regular performance reviews Ensuring Go Ape participants complete relevant paperwork and comply with company rules and policies. Fit, remove and inspect harnesses and PPE correctly, ensure effective maintenance of the course and all relevant kit Manage and facilitate customer bookings including school, youth, corporate, and party bookings Carry out course maintenance checks Qualifications & Experience:
All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a jaw-dropping experience to our Guests! The following experience would be desirable but not essential: Experience working in an outdoor service environment Experience working with families and children First Aid at work Ability to lead a team of employees throughout the day's operation Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18 years of age.
