Hire Controller

Job Description Our client is one of the largest privately owned plant hire companies in the North of England with 8 depots. Established over 70 years ago, it provides a complete hire and sales service for a wide range of Construction Plant, Tools, Excavator Attachments and Secure Site Accommodation. They are now looking for a Hire Controller for their Catterick Depot. Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries about plant, machinery and tool hire Pro-actively promoting the company at all times Developing professional relationships with internal and external clients Maintaining and exceeding company targets Setting up customer hire contracts Negotiating costs and preparing invoices General administration Requirements You must have experience of working as a Hire Controller within a construction hire company Have a proven track record of providing great customer service The enthusiasm to learn about our business and range of equipment we supply.
