First point of contact for customer enquiries Setting up new customer accounts and credit checking Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment Calculating and supply of quotes Negotiating with customers on hire rates and non-standard product prices Planning transport for deliveries and collections Dealing with off hires and collection notes To proactively work jointly with all departments Assisting with yard procedures Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received Full training on product range will be given Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience working within the construction/material supplies or hire industry Strong customer service skills and experience Excellent organisational skills Ideally you need to have your own transport for travel to the depot location Company:
