Duties will include, but are not limited to: Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges Managing customers delivery expectations General administration duties Checking returned products & reporting any faults/damages General site maintenance and housekeeping duties The right candidate will have: Experience in a similar role An excellent approach to customer service A pro-active and organised approach Experience with Microsoft Office packages Full UK driving licence Attention to detail Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Salary: negotiable depending on experience
