Monday to Friday (full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the hire team, assisting in all aspects of operating a busy hire office. Respond to customer enquiries, managing hires and off-hires. Answer the phone and respond to emails. Help run the bustling hire office.

Key Skills: Well-organised. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong IT/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (full training on our hire system will be provided). Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues. Flexibility in approach, self-motivated to take initiative, eager to learn and develop new skills. Effective administration, organisation, and planning skills, with an eye for detail.

Minimum Requirements: Experience as a hire controller
