Key Responsibilities:
To be the first contact point for hires, dealing with telephone enquiries and orders from customers and to provide accurate information on equipment as required. Ensuring that all opportunities are recognised to maximise all hire opportunities. Liaise with the workshop and drivers to ensure that equipment is available and ready to hire. Person Specification:
To be personable, approachable, and have excellent people skills. Must be confident and possess an excellent telephone manner. Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic outlook. Excellent admin skills and the ability to work with a methodical approach. Ability to prioritise and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Experience of the hire sector is preferred but not essential. Job Type:
