We need a
Hire Desk Controller
to join our team and be responsible for assisting customers with their requirements for hire equipment.
Here are some of the things you can expect to do:
Handling customer enquiries for Powered Access, Forklifts, Telehandlers & Plant.
Liaison with customers regarding all hire, sales and service enquiries.
Proactively promoting the company and its products/services at all times.
Negotiating hire rates and preparing quotations with associated spec sheet data.
General administrative duties including resolution of queries.
This list isn't exhaustive, and you may be called upon for additional duties as needed.

You have excellent customer service skills and experience working within a high-volume hire desk role.
Along with the ability to work under your own initiative, you will have strong organizational skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of types of plant, machinery, small tools, lifting and safety equipment would be great too, but don’t worry if you haven’t as we can build this knowledge once you are onboard.
