Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Controller: Build important relationships with internal and external clients. Dealing with on/off hires. Liaise with colleagues, other depots, and procurement teams to ensure that equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times. Resolving any queries or claims that arise in a professional manner, ensuring all paperwork is completed and up to date. Using Syrinx, Insphire, or a similar CRM system. Minimum Requirements: The Hire Desk Controller may have experience within plant hire, tool hire, powered access hire, accommodation hire or similar to be considered. You may have worked as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Negotiator, Plant Controller, Plant Administrator, Plant Coordinator, Hire Coordinator, Hire & Sales Manager, Hire Administrator, Rental Manager or similar.
