Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure that students are engaged and on-task. Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. Support individual students who may require additional assistance. Provide feedback to the teaching staff regarding the progress of the lessons. Uphold and promote the school's ethos and values. Requirements:
Recent graduate or aspiring teacher. A passion for education and working with young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and ensure students remain focused. Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
