The Historic Buildings Consultant position is a full-time role based in one of the offices located in Bakewell, Sheffield, Bedford, or Sale, with site work across the UK as required.

The salary ranges from £25,970 to £34,980 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting historic building surveys at Levels 1-3. Managing project designs and fieldwork. Producing written methodologies. Utilizing CAD/GIS software for illustrations. Networking and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Presenting work and ensuring quality assurance of reports.

Candidates should be prepared for occasional out-of-hours work and possess strong communication skills.
