Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging History and Religious Studies lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Encourage students to think critically about historical events, ethical perspectives, and religious traditions. Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment where students feel confident expressing their ideas. Support extracurricular activities such as history clubs, debate teams, or educational visits to historical and cultural sites. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in both History and Religious Studies. A commitment to inspiring and engaging students in their learning. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

About the School:

Salary range: 36,413 - 53,994 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications). Supportive leadership team with excellent professional development opportunities.
