As a History Teacher in the UK, you will be responsible for teaching engaging and inspiring lessons to students aged 11-18. You will be part of a dedicated team, fostering a love for History and supporting the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, and historical knowledge. With a curriculum that focuses on a wide range of historical periods and themes, you will have the opportunity to bring the past to life and inspire the next generation of learners. Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality History lessons to students at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 (GCSE & A-level)

Developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials

Supporting and guiding students to reach their academic potential

Contributing to extracurricular activities and school events

Collaborating with colleagues and parents to track and improve student progress

Adhering to UK educational standards and safeguarding policies

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in History (or a related field) and a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

Proven experience teaching History at secondary school level (GCSE/A-Level experience preferred)

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Passion for History and a commitment to student success

Willingness to relocate to the UK and immerse yourself in British culture

Eligibility for a UK work visa (our agency provides full support with this process)
