HIU Installations and Maintenance: Lead and manage the full installation and ongoing maintenance of HIU systems, ensuring quality and safety standards. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Proactively diagnose and resolve technical issues to optimise system performance and maintain client satisfaction. Client Liaison: Act as a knowledgeable technical resource, providing clear communication and support for client queries and concerns. Compliance and Safety Standards: Maintain a high level of compliance, following all relevant regulations and best practices to ensure safety and efficiency. Candidate Profile

Proven HIU Experience: Previous experience with HIU installations and servicing in residential or commercial settings. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of central plant rooms, secondary heating systems, and HIU protocols. Qualifications: A CSCS card or relevant certifications (such as Gas Safe) are highly preferred. Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, client-facing abilities with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Self-Motivated and Organised: Able to work independently, prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
