HK Assistant focuses on ensure that all rooms are well-maintained, properly stocked, and ready for guest check-in.

What the role involves

• Ensure that all rooms are well-maintained, properly stocked, and ready for guest check-in.
• Clean and sanitise guest rooms and bathrooms, changing linen, making beds, and replacing towels and amenities as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hotel hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as required, removing trash and maintaining trash bins in all public spaces.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment.
