Salary upon Application PHD are currently recruiting for a Hoist Design Engineer. PHD has been in operation for over 30 years and is one of the biggest scaffolding and hoist companies across the UK, employing over 200 people across Europe. They have a well-established client base and are one of the most recognizable companies in their area of specialization. To support the continued growth of our business and to manage the current and forecasted workload, we need to appoint a Hoist Design Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be required to create hoist and MCWP drawings, as well as perform structural analysis calculations for base and tie loads. Additionally, you will manage jobs/projects and coordinate with installers to ensure they fully understand the drawings provided.
