As a Workshop Manager, you will manage, lead by example and produce high-quality serviced Hoists and Mastclimbers ready to go to our high-end customers. You will be an experienced Workshop Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge who can lead your team to perform to the best of their abilities. With an in-depth understanding of our business, you will generate new ideas to drive your workshop forward. THE ROLE
Your duties will include: Manage a team of mechanical and electrical service engineers Meet deadlines to optimise productivity and quality Workshop planning Ensure effective implementation of all service policies and procedures Maintain high levels of equipment availability and reliability at optimal cost Maintain appropriate stock holding levels for spares ABOUT YOU
Successful applicants for the role should demonstrate the following: Have experience as a Workshop Manager, preferably within the Hoists and Mastclimber industry An understanding of Hoists and/or Mastclimbers would be beneficial Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team who can deliver results Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and provide solutions for potential challenges within the workplace Good with MS Office packages including Excel and Word Full UK Driving Licence Interested candidates are requested to submit their applications, including their CVs via the form below:
