Summary
We are looking for a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our stunning holiday cottages, within Gloucestershire & Worcestershire.
Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Most changeovers happen on a Monday and Friday so mainly working these days but flexibility will be essential as we are open for changeovers any Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. We don’t have any changeovers on a Sunday and there is no evening work involved.
Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.
Due to the location of the cottages, having your own vehicle is essential. Mileage is covered at 0.45 per mile.
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term until 31 October 2026
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Assistant'

You’ll be working as part of a wider team, to provide changeover for Holiday’s within Gloucestershire & Worcestershire. - From picturesque cottages and manor houses, you may be surprised to discover the unique properties we care for.
We're immensely proud of our holiday cottages and the truly memorable experiences they create for our guests. You’ll share our enthusiasm to deliver an excellent service, with high quality guest care, whilst connecting people to the places they stay in. We will give you plenty of support and training with some E-learning modules. Some weeks will involve more hours and other weeks less depending on bookings. There is a regular need for support, Mondays to Fridays and some Saturdays.

What you'll be doing
On change-over days, you’ll make sure that everything’s clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests. We’d also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.
Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures in place to protect staff.
