Holiday Home Salesperson – Darlington – Full Time.

At Maguire’s Country Parks, we strongly believe that our success isn’t just measured by what we achieve, but by how we achieve it. We value reliability, ambition and we’re passionate about what we do. We work together and we strive to do the right thing by our customers, the business and each other.

We’re recruiting for a friendly, outgoing and experienced salesperson who will be based at our 5-star country parks in Darlington, and who will also attend sales appointments across our parks in Ovingham, Durham and Northallerton.

This sales role is often the first point of contact in our customer journey. When customers buy a home at Maguire’s, they’re with us for years to come, and our sales journey must be transparent and fitting with our values, so that we build long-lasting relationships with our customers based on reliability, trust and fairness.

The Sales Executive will confidently respond to and proactively generate interest through inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting calls. They’ll guide our customers through each step of purchasing or upgrading their holiday home, from identifying which model meets their needs to advising on available plots in our parks.

The Sales Executive must have attention to detail for updating our CRM system and completing necessary documentation to ensure that Maguire’s meets its legal obligations and the standards set by the BH&HPA (British Holiday & Home Parks Association). Experience and confidence in using social media is highly desirable, and a driving licence is a must for this role.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, and passionate about sales. They should have face-to-face sales experience, preferably gained through selling high-value products such as holiday homes, properties, or cars, and be able to demonstrate their success in previous roles.
