Sales Administrator

to join our team at

Sunnysands Holiday Park, Barmouth . If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi-skilled, quality obsessed and have excellent customer service skills, read on! Business Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager and sales team in the creation and management of sales related paperwork including sales purchase agreements, pitch licenses, leavers etc. Be the first point of contact for our Owners who have maintenance or warranty requests. Be knowledgeable about the park and our policies and procedures. Upload and process customer safety tests accurately. Create purchase orders and sales invoices. Manage the sourcing and purchasing of parts and contractor services. Maintain a high level of record keeping and ensure clear audit trails for all correspondences. Frequently communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their enquiry. Support the Sales Manager in improving the focus towards a centre of excellence for all customers. Liaise with the maintenance team to complete repairs etc. Complete other duties as required. The Person

Strong background as an administrator in a holiday park setting preferred. Experience of dealing with inbound holiday enquiries and sales. Good working knowledge of Excel and other Software. Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is essential. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to professionally respond to customers. Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company. IT literate, Microsoft 360, Excel and Sales Software.
