This sales-focused challenge offers the opportunity to earn a

generous uncapped commission

on top of our base salary, with average earners achieving

£600-£700 per month . High achievers can earn rewards including a trip to Paris and meals out.

Please note: This position is based at our Port Isaac location with hybrid-working available after an initial 6 months training period (held at our Chester Head Office). Quarterly travel to our Chester Head Office for team meetings and ongoing training is also required. We want to hear from those with keen negotiation and communication skills to collate documentation from the Owner and our internal Teams to guide Owners through an experiential journey to let their property, meeting your targets in conversion rates, accuracy of listings, and collation of compliance documentation, working alongside the Property Recruitment Management team to deliver outstanding results, positively driving change, and motivating and inspiring your fellow team members. Your Responsibilities

Build long-lasting relationships with owners through clear communication and understanding of their needs and holiday letting experience Guide owners through their journey from initial visit to onboarding, following internal guidelines and procedures Upsell features to create value for both the owner and the business Collaborate with the Field Team and in-house departments to ensure effective relationship-building with owners Ensure a world-class speed to market process executed with a thorough and rigorous quality sign-off process Strive for success by applying training to achieve personal and professional goals Skills and Experience

All we ask is that you have the following: Previous experience working closely and successfully with customers Strong proven customer experience skills, preferably within a call centre environment Proven professionalism, self-motivation, and strong organisational abilities Strong aptitude for learning and adaptability, with a coachable mindset Willingness to actively engage with training programs to develop skills and succeed Enthusiasm for taking on new career challenges and driving personal growth Commercial acumen Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy Sales and upselling experience Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated driven by performance Able to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines Computer literate. ...although standouts will also have: Proven ability within a sales through service environment Holiday Letting experience A good geographical knowledge of the UK/Ireland. This position is a shift rota role, working 5 days out of 7 covering 9am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm to include Saturdays and Sundays. Who We Are
