Managing all operational aspects of the resort, including lodge accommodation, camping and touring pitches, facilities, and grounds. Provide operational excellence to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Upholding all standards, presentation, and service in line with company’s policies and procedures. Drive financial performance by managing agreed budgets, controlling expenses and wage costs, and maximizing revenue by supporting our effective marketing and sales strategies. Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders. Possess strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Have a hands-on approach and be able to build strong relationships with other departments and work collaboratively to deliver the overall resort guest experience. Invest in the growth and development of your team members, creating a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff retention.
