This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and engaging Holiday Park Operations/General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly, and dynamic holiday park environment. As the Resort Manager, you will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the Resort. You will be required to lead, manage, and inspire a team with the aim to maximise and grow sales, profit, service & quality. A natural leader, with strong business acumen, you'll understand what makes a workplace great, and motivate your teams to push boundaries, through brilliant customer service, seamless operations and a passion for all things relating to providing a fantastic holiday experience for our guests. Requirements:

Be super organised, so you'll have no problem multi-tasking to ensure all key areas are tackled. Managing all operational aspects of the resort, including lodge accommodation, camping and touring pitches, facilities, and grounds. Provide operational excellence to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Upholding all standards, presentation, and service in line with company’s policies and procedures. Drive financial performance by managing agreed budgets, controlling expenses and wage costs, and maximizing revenue by supporting our effective marketing and sales strategies. Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders. Possess strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Have a hands-on approach and be able to build strong relationships with other departments and work collaboratively to deliver the overall resort guest experience. Invest in the growth and development of your team members, creating a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff retention. This role requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays. Information for Candidates:
