Summary
We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Nymans garden, Standen House and Sheffield Park and Gardens.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week. Your shifts will be split over Mon, Wed, Fri so you'll be on hand for any changeovers at the cottages. There may be a need to be on call on a Saturday, we have a rota for this but will discuss at interview. You'll be required to work Bank Holidays. Responsible for two changeovers in the week.
Salary: £12.00 per hour

Internally you'll be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

What you'll be doing
You'll induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.
Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You'll be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

Who we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
- a good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance
- some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
