Role Overview: As a vital member of our care team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to: Provide Companionship : Foster meaningful connections and promote independence for those in your care. Assist with Personal Care : Support clients with daily activities such as washing and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort. Medication Management : Help clients manage their medications effectively and safely. Light Household Tasks : Assist with essential chores to create a comfortable living space. Meal Preparation : Nourish our clients by preparing meals and supporting their nutritional needs. What We’re Looking For: While previous experience in care is a plus, it’s not essential. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate & Caring : Driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Dependable : Take pride in your work and are committed to providing exceptional care. Flexible : Available to work alternate weekends and adapt to shifting needs. Ready to Learn : Willing to engage in a four-day training program to prepare you for your role.
