IRT have multiple permanent part-time positions for entry-level candidates (Grade One Home Care Employees) and experienced home care workers (Grade 2,3, 4 & 5 Home care employees) available. Home Care Employee – Grade 3 - Located in
The Sutherland Shire - Willing to travel to the following areas: St George, Padstow, Peakhurst, Ramsgate, Oatley, Gymea, Kirrawee, Caringbah, Heathcote, Miranda and Bundeena Certificate III in Ageing is needed & at least 500 hours experience in Home care and/or Aged care Monday – Friday. Hours vary between 7am - 5pm. Duties
Personal Care / Showering Cooking & Food Preparation Transport to Appointments and social engagements Providing Companionship Assistance to IRT customers to continue to live well and positively in their own home To Be Successful You Will Have
Full Driver's license and a fully insured car (If you have an international licence – we ask that you apply for an Australian licence within 3 months of working with IRT) Relevant Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent At least 500 hours of professional Home Care/ Aged care experience Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills – A Second Language is a bonus!
