Home Care Field Supervisor

40 hours contract - Flexible hours between 7am – 10pm Wage:
£18,500 - £20,000 depending on experience Minimum Requirements:
Must have previous care experience Must have NVQ3 or equivalent or must be willing to do the training for it Must have a full driving licence and own transport Duties will include:
Working closely with co-ordinators ensuring high quality care is delivered Ensuring care staff are meeting the assessed needs of clients Delivering training to care staff and performing some office duties; therefore, good organisational and administration skills are required Assisting with the induction of new care staff Carrying out supervisory sessions in accordance with company policy Managing new assignments Carrying out client risk assessments and reviews Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
