Utilise practical knowledge and skills to effectively conduct property inspections. Capture accurate documentation, including photographs, reports, and contemporaneous notes. Manage and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets with minimal supervision. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer relations. Requirements:
