This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Private Healthcare providers in the UK as a Home Manager. The home provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and a variety of other General Elderly care needs. Key skills, duties and responsibilities
A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team. Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team. In-depth knowledge of dementia care. Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees. Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals. Embedding the highest standards of care. Education and qualification
Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Desirable but not essential. Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. About the company
