Your Role: As a Home Manager at Queensmount Care Home, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating and provide exceptional care. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner will be crucial. You will also need to think creatively and strategically to drive marketing and commercial success. Why Bupa? What We’re Looking For: We are looking for inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification. You should have the ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen. A commitment to developing an environment focused on continuous improvements and a confident, influential leadership style capable of fostering a supportive team environment are essential.
