Location: Consett Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Sector: Learning Disabilities Support Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the individual needs and preferences of each service user. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care and service delivery. Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
