Care Home Manager

£60,000 - £80,000 DOE
With already over 100 homes in the UK, my client is a growing organisation who pride themselves on their outstanding care services. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can support a well-established team ensuring care standards are met, residents are catered to, and ultimately taking leadership for a successful home.
The role:
You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations within the care home and use leadership skills to maintain and even improve standards where necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Use management and leadership skills to drive success within the team Ensure a positive environment is maintained for both staff and residents Meet all legal requirements and standards set by SSSC and Care Inspectorate Financial management Create and maintain relationships with residents, relatives, staff, and external stakeholders Maintain the reputation of the home, making improvements where necessary Requirements:
