As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of person-centered care, leading and motivating a team to ensure outstanding quality of care for the residents. Main duties of the job

As a Home Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your care home with the support and infrastructure provided by Barchester Healthcare. You will be expected to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement. You will also need excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. To be considered for this role, you will need to have a proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, as well as experience in running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home. You will also need to demonstrate a blend of compassion and resilience. Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. Depending on experience, salary expectations will be discussed at the interview stage.
