Experience as a Home Manager The Details: As a Home Manager, you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will be accountable for the CIW, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home. This will include occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a true role model for staff members. About You: We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
