As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the care home, including managing staffing, budgets, and quality assurance. You will have a strong track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional care, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. In short, your proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your blend of compassion and resilience.
