Manage administrative tasks related to resident records, staff schedules, and facility operations. Ensure that all staff adhere to best practices in dementia care and other specialised areas of support. Qualifications
Proven experience in home care or assisted living. Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of dementia and elderly care. NVQ LEVEL 5.
