Registered Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Gainsborough Sector: Mental Health/ Learning Disabilities Salary: Up to £46840 per annum
I currently have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Manager within their reputable nursing home in Gainsborough.
The home provides person-centred care for less than 20 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities or complex care needs. They are currently rated requires improvement by the CQC.
Responsibilities:
Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service Liaising with local authorities and CQC Care planning, assessments, and reviews Audits and budget management
You should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC, and good knowledge of care home finances/budgeting, as well as previous experience providing learning disability and mental health care.
