This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing person-centred care that empowers residents, respects their choices, and promotes independence in a supportive, inclusive environment. About the Service: Registered for 18 residents Specialising in mental health and learning disabilities Experience and Qualifications Required: At least one year's experience in a similar role Management of care support staff Appraisal & supervision experience Leadership and management experience NMC PIN desired but this is not essential NVQ / QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management Health & Social Care An understanding of the legal requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Working Knowledge of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Law and Frameworks Full driving licence To Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV or click apply.
