You will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance, completing all required documentation. Driving home development and managing timely, suitable placements. Delivering exceptional, future-focused care to young people.
What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role. At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting. Hold an NVQ Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or working towards it. Valid UK driving licence.
