As a Home Manager, you will:
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. Have overall responsibility for high-quality service delivery and promoting a positive culture. Manage the staff team to promote choice and independence. Meet targets set out in the Quality Strategy for the best quality support and care.

To be successful as a Home Manager, you should have:
Experience working to CIW guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations. Experience as a care home manager. Qualifications in Leadership & Management. A Nurse Qualification with valid pin – RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
