areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standard of care and a positive environment for both residents and staff. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, driving improvements where needed. Oversee all aspects of the home, from staffing and budgeting to maintaining a safe, homely environment. Work closely with the directors to meet both the operational and care delivery goals of the home. Requirements: Previous experience as a Home Manager in a residential care home, ideally in a similar-sized setting. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record in improving care outcomes. Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
