We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to assume overall management of a luxury residential care home in the Tamworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider renowned for delivering high standards of elderly and dementia care in exceptional and beautifully designed care homes.

As the Home Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. The home has been open for approximately 6 months so is looking for a Manager who can nurture and develop the team and manage the home to maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team to achieve exceptional standards. Overseeing the delivery of personalised care plans to meet residents' individual needs. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the home's high-quality reputation. Managing budgets and driving occupancy levels through effective marketing and community engagement. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.

We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a Home Manager, ideally in a residential or dementia care setting. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent). A proven track record of achieving or maintaining good/outstanding CQC ratings. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a positive, proactive approach.

Salary:

Salary of c£65,000pa neg DOSE 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
