Are you an Experienced Home Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to join their team near Evesham, commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment providing Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care.

As a Care Home Manager, you will:

Manage overall running of a Nursing Home Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, providing clinical guidance and training. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register. Management experience with multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience of Good or outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles. A respectful and kind communication style. Knowledge and training in safeguarding assignments.
