Home Manager Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible) Hybrid working

Salary: GBP 55,000 (Negotiable)

Working in a children's home overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a high quality of care for the children and young people. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the home Ensure high standards for Ofsted's quality standards Work alongside other heads of departments Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met Sort all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures Oversee domestic duties and maintenance of the home Qualifications and Experience:
