Working Hours:
  • Shift patterns covering the hours of 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Our current rotation is one late shift every 2nd week and 1 weekend day every 3rd weekend.
  • Average of 35 hours p/week over 5 days.
  • You will be required to be flexible with these hours as shifts for this role are on a rota basis.
  • We are also open on Bank Holidays.

This is a hybrid working position, so being able to get into the Perth Offices at least 50% of your working week is essential.

A bit about the job:

Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in an attractive environment. Don't worry if this is something new for you, full training will be provided. Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers' needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • The ability to listen and reason empathetically.
  • Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.

  • Starting salary of £23,900 ( This role falls under Aviva's "Pay progression scheme", so the further you develop in this role the higher the salary will be)
