Youth Homelessness Support Worker
to join their dedicated team in Frome. If you're passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people, this is the role for you. Why work with them? Every day, they empower young people at risk of homelessness, helping them develop life skills, build independence, and achieve brighter futures. What you'll do: Provide tailored support to help young people meet their housing, financial, and social needs. Teach essential life skills, from managing rent and budgets to maintaining health and well-being. Encourage community involvement and assist with access to education, training, or employment. Safeguard young people, ensuring their safety while promoting positive outcomes. Who you are: Passionate about empowering young people. Positive, confident, and have a great sense of humour.
