Youth Homelessness Support Worker

to join their dedicated team in Frome. If you're passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people, this is the role for you. Why work with them? What you'll do: Provide tailored support to help young people meet their housing, financial, and social needs. Teach essential life skills, from managing rent and budgets to maintaining health and well-being. Encourage community involvement and assist with access to education, training, or employment. Safeguard young people, ensuring their safety while promoting positive outcomes. Who you are: Passionate about empowering young people. Positive, confident, and have a great sense of humour.
