Paradigm Housing Group is looking for acustomer-focused Homeownership Project Officer on a12-month fixed-term-contract to join ourHomeownership Team. This part-time role offers a unique opportunityto contribute to improving the services we provide to our homeownercustomers while collaborating with a variety of teams across theorganisation.

TheRole:
As a HomeownershipProject Officer, you will play a pivotal role inleading projects and initiatives that enhance the services andexperiences of our homeowners. Working closely with other teams,external partners, and customers, you will help shape ourHomeownership service offering and support improvements in customersatisfaction.

Your responsibilities will includebeing the subject matter expert on key processes such as new modelleases for shared ownership homes and Section 20 compliance. You’llprovide valuable advice and training to colleagues, ensuring thatParadigm’s policies and systems remain up-to-date with relevantlegislation and best practices.

This rolerequires you to be an effective communicator, able to manage keycommunications with homeowners, including newsletters, websiteupdates, and other relevant materials. You will also champion thevoice of our homeowners, recommending service improvements andworking to enhance customersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadand represent Paradigm on key projects that impact Homeownershipcustomers.
  • Provide expertise on new modelleases and ensure processes align with the latestrequirements.
  • Oversee the Section 20 process,ensuring compliance and effective cost recovery.
  • Manage and improve communication with homeowners throughvarious channels.
  • Offer advice and support tocolleagues, helping develop the Homeownership Team’sknowledge.
  • Keep Paradigm compliant with anychanges in homeownership-related legislation.
  • Review and improve homeownership processes and policiesto ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Promote customer-focused service improvements across theorganisation.

WhatWe’re Looking For:
We are seeking amotivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate aboutdelivering excellent customer service. You should have a solidunderstanding of homeownership services, including leaseholdmanagement, shared ownership, and compliance with Section 20regulations.

We’re looking for someone who cancollaborate effectively across teams, is confident in makingrecommendations based on data and insights and has strongcommunication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.Experience in project management, process improvement, and customerservice is highlydesirable.
