What you’ll be doing:

Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPI’s are achieved Promote the sale of accessories and service packages Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team What we need from you:

You must be a highly successful Sales Manager, Business or Transaction Manager within the automotive industry A full UK driving licence Driven to exceed set sales targets and KPI’s Ability to lead by example Exceptional interpersonal and team skills Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service & enquiry management What we are proud of:
