Job Description

Horizon Teachers are working with a SEMH school in North London who are seeking an experienced English Teacher. You will be responsible for teaching English to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed English Teacher to contribute to students' English Language and Literature skills. This is a long-term position to start as soon as possible, but the school is willing to wait until January for the right Teacher. It's important that you have experience in an SEN/SEMH or PRU setting as you will be working with vulnerable students. Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience teaching English, ideally at KS3 and KS4 Strong classroom management skills and a passion for developing students' creative abilities A background of teaching in an SEND setting (APR, PRU) Why Horizon Teachers:
