We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Horticultural Expert to join the team in our Klondyke Garden Centre.
The hours for this position are 35 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
The hourly rate for the Horticultural Expert role is £11.66.
The Role
As a Horticultural Expert, you will use your specialist plant knowledge to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and helping them to make informed purchases.
What you will be doing as a Horticultural Expert?
Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous plant displays.
Taking the lead in the care of our plants ensuring they are always healthy and looking great for our customers.
Advising our customers on suitable plants and products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
Working closely with the Plant Area Assistants to develop their horticultural knowledge.
Till operation and serving customers.
Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars.
