Hospital Account Manager
. Working closely with a cross functional team, you will be accountable for clinically differentiating our product and building advocacy in key accounts to drive uptake and commercial success. You will be part of passionate, high-performing team who are committed to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Drive uptake of our product in key priority accounts. Build, utilise and share insight from these key accounts to support strategic planning at both a national and local level. Build trusting relationships with relevant consultants, specialist nurses and pharmacists to develop areas of mutual interest, and understand customer networks and their interdependencies to effectively drive the appropriate actions to deliver on the local account plan. Ensure formulary inclusion for our product in all key accounts. Build advocacy levels for our product in key clinicians, working with your regional cross functional team to deliver appropriate peer-to-peer endorsement and specialist to primary care events that are aligned to the local account strategy. Demonstrate measurable progress against local account plans, in line with GSK policy, using clearly defined KPIs e.g. coverage and frequency, share of voice and delivery against key project milestones. Understand respiratory pathways and decision making processes that impact on prescribing across key accounts. Clinical Differentiation
Develop and maintain a high level of product and disease area knowledge to influence product advocacy leading to access and uptake of our medicines. Clearly communicate the clinical data to customers, articulating the benefits for patients, and system/NHS benefits where appropriate, to move them along the customer journey. Building trust and develop relationships with key specialist stakeholders using an account management approach. Confidently draw on medical, MSL and KAM support when required. Develop and mobilise External Expert (EE) endorsement and positive opinion to build advocacy amongst other clinicians. Why you?

Degree level Current ABPI certification Preferred Skills
Expertise and demonstrated skills as a Hospital Sales Representative/Hospital Account Manager NHS knowledge and understanding Ideally experience working in respiratory Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way Ability to work as part of a cross functional territory team Interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – both internal and external Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data Ability to take an account management approach to planning and decision making Closing Date for Applications: 27th January 2024 Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
